District 1 (Southeast) I80: Stalled semi truck, Right lane blocked EASTBOUND near Elk Mountain at milepost 261, Proceed with caution.

I25: The Southeast Wyoming Welcome Center is closed until further notice near Cheyenne at milepost 4.
